Our blush is created using two white grapes with about 10% of a red Frontenac blended for color and balance. Our estate rose is characterized as well-balanced, with wild strawberry notes, higher acidity and strong fruit notes make it beautifully paired with food. Salad, pork, spice - this wine hasn't met a dish it hasn't liked.
